Musical Madness

Yesterday we traveled all the way to the Deerfield Public Library to see Magician Jim Mitchell! He was a little bit of a comedian and an amazing magician! 


We had a great time and some of our kids even got the chance to be assistants! :)

When we got back to the school we made musical instruments out of beans, rice, noodles, cups, balloons, and more! We even made our own musical groups!

You rock!

Awesome!

 Our trip was definitely worth it, we had a blast! :)

Dane County Fair!

We got to pet TONS of animals like horses, cows, sheep, pigs, bunnies, chicks, and baby ducks!!! :)

Tomorrow at the Dane County Fair!

Tomorrow is our field trip to the Dane County Fair!

Please send your child with a water bottle because half of our time there we will be outdoors! We will sunscreen the kids before we leave and throughout the day!

Along with checking out all of the animals on display there are many other special events and entertainment we can visit!

Road Trip!

Today was all about traveling!

We got to play with the HUGE parachute in the gym!

We played "Sharks and Lifeguards" - Some of our campers were sharks swimming under the parachute while others were lifeguards on the outside saving their friends from being pulled under!

We played "Cat and Mouse" - Some of our campers were mice under the parachute and others were cats trying to catch the mice!

We created maps to our dream destinations using Kid Pix and Microsoft Word!

We played road signs BINGO!

And we designed our own license plates!
