Superhero School, Heart of a Champion, Wisconsin Adventures, Field Trip, Camp Rewind

On Monday the campers created a mask and cape to go along with the theme today: Superheros! The campers also played games in the gym, and had a paper airplane competition.

On Tuesday the campers played olympic games such as a relay race where they hand off a torch (ice-cream cone and gold paper) to their teammate.  They also did other relay races using jump ropes and scooters.  Today the campers ate healthy snacks like carrots, celery, and apples.  The campers also went swimming as usual, but this time Matt brought his waterproof phone, so look on Shutterfly for amazing underwater pictures!

On Wednesday the campers continued eating healthy snacks! Today was also the auction and many campers took home cool prizes! Of course, the campers went bowling again.  Back at the school the campers colored pictures of Wisconsin, cows, badgers, and Brewers.

On Thursday the campers took a field trip to Sassy Cow Creamery in Columbus.  While there, the campers got to pet calves and enjoy delicious ice cream made by the cows!  Our next stop was to an indoor pool because the weather was cold today! We went to Country Springs in Pewaukee.

Friday is the last day of camp! Look for todays pictures (as well as all the pictures from the summer) on Shutterfly! There is a link to Shutterfly on the right hand side of the blog page.

Green Thumbs, Splish Splash, Game Show Mania, Field Trip, Mission Celebrate

On Monday the campers were very earth-friendly.  The campers planted grass seed in ice cream cones, then picked up trash all around the outside of the school.  The campers also got to play some games in the gym while the volleyball nets were up.

On Tuesday the campers played water games outside, and went to the Cambridge Pool as usual.

On Wednesday the campers played games that have been seen on game shows, such as Minute to Win It! The campers also went bowling.

On Thursday the campers visited Goodman Youth Farm in Madison.  While there, the campers picked vegetables and cooked with them.  The campers also made salsa, and got to learn from a bee keeper about bees and honey.  After lunch, the campers went to the Aviation center where they got to sit in planes.

On Friday the campers watched a movie and played games in the gym.  The campers were also visited by an old favorite staff member, Kaity!
